We welcome our presenters from Capital Caring, who will be here to discuss the importance of medical decision making and the opportunities that POST (Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment) can offer. The purpose of POST is to ensure that critical medical decisions are informed and consistent with the individual’s values, goals of care, and preferences.
