Throughout the year, Manassas Health & Rehab Center nominates a Team Member of the Quarter. This individual is nominated by their peers as an individual who exemplifies service excellence and embodies the CCR mission to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families, and staff. One winner is selected from the quarterly winners to receive the Team Member of the Year award. Unfortunately, COVID-19 delayed the award presentation for 2020.

The Team Member of the Year award recipient receives a $500 cash award and a certificate of recognition presented by the Director of Operations, Center Administrator, and the recipient’s Supervisor. In addition, a celebration dinner was held with the winner’s teammates, family, and friends in attendance. The Manassas Health & Rehab Center winner then competes with 12 other Team Member of the Year award winners to be selected for the Deborah L. Petrine Award. This team member receives an award presented by the Commonwealth Care of Roanoke, LLC President, Director of Operations, and Center Administrator at the winning team member’s Center. 

Today, we paused to honor Sara Ann Billow, our 2020 Team Member of the Year. Sara Ann is a pillar of Manassas Health & Rehab Center and has been a part of our team since we opened our doors. In the words of a co-worker, “there is no one more deserving.” Sara Ann took a moment to acknowledge that she wouldn’t have success without her team around her.
