At Manassas Health & Rehab Center, we love recognizing our employees and believe it is one way to ensure the best quality care. Each month, our leadership staff will ask the patients, residents, and employees to help select an employee who demonstrates our core values: being responsive to the needs of our patients, residents, their families, and our dedicated staff, practicing continuous improvement in the pursuit of excellence. These employees showcase unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. Once an employee is selected, they are known as our “Shining Star” or Employee of the Month.
The Shining Star program showcases one wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. The Shining Star is generally someone who exceeds the expectations of her job. They arrive on time, works the entire shift, and stay late if necessary to complete assigned tasks correctly and on time.
