Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated exceptional customer service acts during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the February 2022 Shining Star winner is:

Evelyn Alou, RN
February 2022 Shining Star of the Month

“Evelyn Alou is a very caring and compassionate nurse. She spends time with her residents to offer comfort or answer questions and explains what she’s doing to help put them at ease. Before becoming an RN, she started as a CNA, then Med-tech. She felt a passion for helping people and answered the call to further her education. She is dedicated to her residents and sees that they receive top-notch care.”

Evelyn has such a contagious positive attitude! She is a fantastic nurse and makes a difference in the center.
