Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated exceptional customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. Sita Bandhari is a CNA and works in the long-term unit. Her peers nominated her because she is very attentive and compassionate. “She is a kind and respectful person,” says Jim Harris, Administrator,  “She is a valuable team member!”
