Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated exceptional customer service acts during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce that we had two individuals selected as the March 2022 Shining Star.  Congratulations to:

Telma Aguilar & Yokoe Carpenter

Telma:

Telma has been with the company and the Environmental Services Team since 2017. really makes a difference in our facility. She is a team player,  a contributor to the Service Excellence culture, and goes puts the needs of our residents first.

Yokoe:

Yokoe is a well-known CNA for her friendly personality! She goes above and beyond the call of duty, caring and compassionate. Her patients love her! 

The CCR Shining Star Program is an initiative to shine a light on the fantastic members of our Manassas Health & Rehab Center Family. To nominate an individual for their stellar service, please fill out one of our nomination forms in the lobby and include:

2. The act of caring or exceptional service
