April 2019 Shining Star

Posted on:

Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty.  For this month, we had a Shining Star Election, where we asked our residents, patients, family members, volunteers, and staff to vote on the April 2019 Shining Star.

We had a lot of participation! We had a total of 104 votes and 47 going to the winner! So without further ado, the April 2019 Shining Star goes to…

March 2019 Shining Star

Telma Aguilar, Floor Tech
March 2019 Shining Star of the Month

Telma has been with Manassas Health & Rehab Center since 2017 when she transferred here from our sister center, Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center. She is an excellent employee and makes a huge difference at our facility!  Along with the 47 nominations, she has received 5 CECA nominations.  Here are a few things that people said about Telma:

“Telma does an amazing job every day. When I come in early in the morning she is the first person I see, making sure the lobby looks great. Her hard work was recognized in the morning meeting by one of our corporate team members and I am very proud of her.”

“Telma is great, she does it all and she does it well! I would like her to be recognized for her hard work!”

“Telma thank you for helping patients and residents to vote during our Shining Star Election Day. You always go above and beyond what you do! I am not surprised residents/patient, that were voting, requested to have you as a nominee for employee of the month! You are appreciated.”
