Through a partnership with the Ceca Foundation, employees and guest can recognize caregivers by nominating them through an online system. Each quarter, a committee will review the nominations and chooses an individual to be a Ceca Award winner. This individual is someone, “who best exemplifies qualities of empathy, humor, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork in treating patient residents”.  The winner receives, not only, recognition from their peers but also a $250 monetary prize.

CECA 4th Quarter Winner

Rosa Herrera is our fourth quarter Ceca Award Honoree! She was nominated by her peers & our residents because of her hard work and dedication to our center. We look forward to watching her grow and want to thank her for everything she does for our center. Here are a few things her that was said about Rosa:
