Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news of a gas leak that occurred behind the Center today. As a result, patients who reside on the Magnolia and Evergreen Units were temporarily relocated to other parts of the Center. The leak has been resolved and both units are now safe for patients to return to their rooms, which is occurring now.
