Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and 3 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Each of these staff members will recover at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. The patient has been relocated to the “hot unit”.

We will conduct outbreak testing for all patients and staff until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.  Visitation remains available for all patients.
