COVID-19 Update: January 21st, 2022

Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing today to share news that as a result of outbreak testing,  3 additional patients have tested positive for COVID-19.  The patients have been relocated to the “hot unit”.  We will continue to closely monitor all patients and staff for symptoms of the virus and test during this outbreak in accordance with CMS guidance.
