Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 additional patients and 2 additional staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both patients have been relocated to the “hot unit”, and both staff members will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. We will continue to conduct outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation remains available for all patients. Effective December 31, 2021, visiting hours are from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm during weekdays, and from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Visits should be limited to 15 minutes, and one visitor should visit at a time if the patient is in a semi-private room to ensure social distancing.
