Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual has not been in the Center since June 20, 2021 and will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
