Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain off from work in accordance with CDC guidelines. Outbreak testing is being conducted on the Evergreen and Dogwood Units, and I will report any additional positive results if identified. Visitation remains available.
