Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty.

Sujata Khadka is an LPN, that works in Magnolia Unit. Residents love Sujata!  Our leadership staff is told continuously how professional, caring and compassionate she is with the patients. Sujata has, also, been recognized as a Service Excellence Ambassador this year.
