Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional customer service acts during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the December 2020 Shining Star winner is:

Sharon Orner
Resident Shining Star

Sharon Orner works in our Recreation Therapy department, and the residents love her! She is a very caring person, is a team player, and is really contributing to making a difference in the center!

Wanda Acosta
Our Team Shining Star

Wanda Acosta is a member of our Environmental Service Team. She does an awesome job in the laundry department, and she is very organized, professional, and compassionate with our residents! We are so grateful to have her on our team!
