Manassas Health & Rehab Center is committed to providing the best care and service possible. We need your feedback to help us identify opportunities for improvement and to share positive feedback with our staff about what we do well.

You should have received a survey in the mail. We ask that you provide us with your honest feedback about the care and service you or your loved one has experienced at our Center. The feedback you share will be confidential. To ensure this, we have contracted with a third-party company to gather survey responses and prepare a report for us.
