Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the June 2020 Shining Star winner is:

Hilda Peña De Mejia, Housekeeping
June 2020 Shining Star of the Month

Hilda Peña De Mejia is a member of our Environmental Services Team and has been with us at Manassas for just over 3 years! She has vast experience in housekeeping and has been a fantastic addition to our Center.

Like all of our Environmental Services Team Members, Hilda has been working tirelessly to ensure cleanliness and appropriate sanitation in the Center throughout the Global COVID-19 Pandemic. Hilda is kind, friendly, flexible and a team player. She is a shining example of our Service Excellence Culture and we are proud of her accomplishments.

Hilda was nominated and selected for Shining Star for the month of May by our residents. They say she is helpful, does a great job keeping their space clean, and always makes time to assist with whatever they may need.

We are so grateful for Hilda’s hard work and dedication to our patients and residents. Congratulations Hilda!
