Duramany Sillah, LPN
March 2019 Shining Star
Duramany Sillah has been with Manassas Health & Rehab Center since 2014. He’s one of our many wonderful employee growth stories! When he started with us, he was a C.N.A. but transitioned to LPN in 2017, when he graduated from Ultimate Health School.
“Dura” use to work in the skill unit but, he is the charge nurse in Evergreen Unit (Memory/Dementia Unit).
He is doing a great job and the improvement is noticeable.
He is an example of personal and professional growth!
