Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the March 2020 Shining Star winner is:

Rosa Herrera, Housekeeper
March 2020 Shining Star of the Month

The Shining Star of the month goes to Rosa Herrera, who is a housekeeper at Manassas Health & Rehab Center. She has been with the company for over two years, and she is a hardworking employee. Rosa does a great job, is a team player, contributes to a positive work environment, and she goes above and beyond with patients and residents.

One resident said, “Rosa is my favorite person! Every day, when she comes to clean my room, she smiles and asks me how I am. Before Rosa leaves, she’ll check to see if there is anything I need. She shows me that she cares about me ”.

The CCR Shining Star Program is an initiative to bring to light the fantastic members of our Manassas Health & Rehab Center Family. To nominate an individual for their stellar service, please fill out one of our nomination forms in the lobby and include:
1. The name of the individual and their unit or department
2. The act of caring or exceptional service
3. Your signature and the date
