Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional customer service acts during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the March 2021 Shining Star winner is:

From Dogwood Unit (Skill unit): Juliana Awiti-Kuffour is a nurse on our Rehab Unit. She is very caring, compassionate and takes the time to make all of her patients feel welcome! Juliana was nominated and selected by her peers for her commitment to caring and service excellence. We are proud of Juliana’s accomplishments and are so pleased to celebrate her as our Team’s Shining Star this month.

From Magnolia (Long Term Unit): Abigail Adjei is a nurse on our long-term care unit. She is friendly, professional, and a team player; always willing to go the extra mile for her residents and always helping her teammates. Abigail was nominated and selected as the Resident’s Shining Star this month and we couldn’t be more proud!
