Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty.

Here are the nominations for Daud Nawuridam:

A few days ago we had a visitor, she was the wife of a former resident that unfortunately pass away 10 years ago. She wanted us to know that she was visiting Daud Nawuridam a staff member that took care of her husband while he was in our facility. Something she said she always remembers is that when her husband died Daud told her: “I’ve lost a good friend”, that reached deep into her heart! As a result, she comes to visit him every time that she comes to Northern Virginia!! Thank you, Mr. Daud, for displaying such great care and heart kindness, this outcome really reminds us of the huge positive impact we can have in…Show More those we care for and their loved ones!!!”
