Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the October 2020 Shining Star winner is:

Penny Nahi, Housekeeping
October 2020 Shining Star of the Month

Our October winner goes to Penny Nahi, who works in Housekeeping during the morning shift. Penny was nominated by residents for employee of the month. She has been working in the laundry department for over 12 years and is loved by the residents! 

She has been great with resident’s clothes and makes sure her residents get the best service possible. Penny is very reliable, punctual, and has never missed a day!

Penny will keep the trophy award in the laundry department until she has to pass it on to the next shining star!

2. The act of caring or exceptional service
