Each month, our leadership team selects a team member who demonstrated exceptional customer service acts during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases one excellent employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. This month, we’re happy to announce the September 2021 Shining Star winner is:

September 2020 Shining Star of the Month

Sally Ann is our Staffing Coordinator and Shining Star Recipient for September! Sally Ann works tirelessly with our team members to accommodate scheduling requests and helps to ensure we are always ready to take care of our patients and residents. So much of her work is behind the scenes, but she truly does so much for our team! In addition to being our Scheduling Coordinator, Sally Ann is a Certified Nursing Aide, often providing direct care to our patients and residents. Sally Ann is a team player who offers to help wherever she is needed. We are proud of her achievements and grateful for her dedication to our Center. Congratulations, Sally Ann!
