Jessica Wolfrey, LPN
MDS Coordinator
Jessica Wolfrey brings over 15 years’ experience as an MDS Coordinator. She has been a member of the Manassas Health & Rehab team for 10 years. Prior to joining Manassas Health & Rehab, Jessica was an MDS Coordinator for a facility in Iowa where she graduated from nursing school. Prior to joining healthcare, she worked in IT and proudly served our country in the United States Navy. Jessica is a member of AANAC, American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination and holds an MDS AANAC certification.
Jessica enjoys meeting new people and being part of their journey, working as a team to fulfill their health and rehabilitation needs.
Outside of work Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, fitness, and doing home improvement projects.
She resides in Bristow with her husband Dave and their children.
