The Team Member of the Quarter program is designed to promote and reward outstanding performance by staff at Manassas Health & Rehab Center. The Leadership team seeks to recognize employees who exemplify excellence through their daily commitment to the facility. The hard work and dedication of these staff members make our success possible.

Our Administrator and HR Department will review the nominations submitted by peers, family members, and residents each quarter.  The nominees must be employed for 180 days and in good standing- no corrective actions in the last year to be eligible for the award.  

The Team Member of the Quarter will receive a $100 cash award and a certificate of recognition presented by the Administrator and their Supervisor. In addition, a congratulatory letter will be given to the Employee from the CEO and/or COO of CCR.  

As an additional recognition of merit, all qualified Team Member of the Quarter winners will be entered into the nomination pool for the Team Member of the Year Award. 

Today, Manassas Health & Rehab Center is happy to announce the Team Member of the Quarter- Winter 2021 is Maria Perryman.

Maria is our Business Office Assistant and exudes our service excellence culture. Nominated by our leadership team and her peers, she demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and is a role model for customer service. In addition, Maria is always looking for ways to help her coworkers and how she can help bring a smile to our residents and staff. 

We’re incredibly proud of Maria and want to thank her for all of her hard work, dedication to our facility, and the care she provides for our residents. As a Team Member of the Quarter, Maria is now running for the Team Member of the Year Award.
