**Update June 2nd, 2021**

I hope you had a nice holiday weekend.

We are pleased to see the county positivity rates across the state continuing to decline as more and more individuals become vaccinated. With the loosening of restrictions on mask usage for vaccinated individuals and other COVID-19 restrictions, we want to remind everyone that federal regulations and CDC guidance continue to require nursing facilities to adhere to infection control principles with some modifications for vaccinated individuals. Face masks are still required in some areas of the Center regardless of vaccination status.

County Positivity Rate:  Increased to 3.3%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Patients and staff are tested every 3-7 days while in an outbreak until the Center is 14 days without a positive COVID-19 result.   
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff receive ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
